The restaurants that participate in this edition, full of flavour and seasonal gastronomy, will delight the most enthusiastic foodies of the city with very interesting proposals such as the Small platter route and the Tasting menus, signature sandwiches, creative pastries and much more experiences.
The Sant Ponç Festival is one of the oldest and most traditional ones in Catalonia and is dedicated to medicinal remedies, aromatic herbs and culinary essences. The streets of Catalan towns are filled with stalls selling high quality gastronomic products. In Barcelona, the Sant Ponç Festival is centered on the Calle Hospital, which is transformed into a souk filled with the aromas and tastes of aromatic herbs, candy, chocolate, honey, artisan cheese, candied fruit and much more. Sant Ponç is the patron saint of herbalists and, according to the legend, upon coming to Barcelona and witnessing the widespread misery that prevailed, he began to prepare potions and medicinal remedies to cure the city's sick. In gratitude for his work, the Barcelonans decided to create a herb festival in his honor. The festival is rounded off with other activities that start on the night of 10 May with the decoration of the figure of the saint with herbs and flowers. The following day this is carried on a procession through the streets and there is a blessing of the medicinal herbs brought along by those in attendance.

Craft beer lovers will not want to miss out on the Barcelona Beer Festival on 11, 12 and 13 April. The festival, which will be hosting a large number of exhibitors and more than 100 beer taps, offers beer lovers the chance to discover up to 500 different beers from all the world. The festival also features numerous activities such as showcooking, presentations and beer tasting.
44 International Jazz Festival of Terrassa
The 44th edition of the Terrassa Jazz Festival will take place at various venues of Terrassa and the region of Vallès Occidental. Different activities, the majority concerts, and artists, both from today's national and international scene, will take over Nova Jazz Cava, and also squares, parks, patios, terraces and different administration buildings. The Festival covers movies, dance, swing, competitions, workshops, exhibitions and gastronomic routes, for jazz music to once again take the leading role.
